The fine print.
50% deposit required to hold the date. Remaining 50% due within 30 days of the event. $1000 refundable damage/ security deposit required and due 30 days before the event. Returned within 3 days after the event should no damage occur. Event insurance (certificate of insurance) is required. Payment by credit card will incur a 2.5%-3% fee as charged by Square.
We do not include: decor, catering, alcohol, bartenders, linens, dinnerware, glassware, flowers, DJ or band, photographer, wedding planner, tent rentals, portable rest rooms, etc. Prices effective for any bookings made by December 31, 2026.
This is farm. That means old barns, open fields, ponds, trees, stars, bugs, uneven ground, an occasional bit of mud and unpredictable weather. But that is all what makes us special.
